Fried Spaghetti Recipe

howdy all.. for the last month and half i decided to work on a recipe that came up while i was in Japan. One day, when shopping at the dinner discount grocery store, i came across some spaghetti noodles. Oh baby, i hadn't had spaghetti in such a long time. That's what's for dinner tonight! I picked up a couple boxes, some spices, and went on my merry way.

At home though, all i had was a frying pan. I didn't have a strainer or a big 'ol or any of the usual instruments. My frying pan was kinda deep, so i figured i could just use that and then drain out the water somehow. I started frying up the noodles and something amazing happened. All the water in teh pan either boiled off or was absorbed by the noodles.. All that was left in the pan were the noodles, and i used this opportunity to fry them a little bit for the ultimate taste. I chucked some cheese on them at the same time, and it was the most delicious spaghetti i had ever tasted..

Once i got back and started cooking again, and sought to perfect this recipe.. Although it's not quite perfect, i think i'm done eating this fatty spaghetti recipe.. i've gained about 15 lbs. in the past 2 months :/ blech. That's also because i sit down all day now and then watch tv at night.

Anywho.. on with the recipe.

here's the ingredients i've been using: some spaghetti noodles, olive oil, a bag of lettuce, some shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, delicious spaghetti sauce, delicious alfredo sauce, and some spices such as garlic and organo.

Start off by putting some Olive oil in the pan. You may have noticed something already in my pan.. that's just some spaghetti burnt into the pan over the past month that i couldn't quite get off.

Dowse that oil with some water filling up the pan enough. Put that pan on the stove and set the temp to high.

Shake in some Oregano.

Shake in some garlic.

Shake up the mixture a little bit, and bring that to a boil

Once boiling, put in the spaghetti noodles.

Swish everything around a bit to totally immerse the noodles with the mixture.

Continue swishing around and boiling the noodles until the water level begins to fade.

When it starts to get pretty low, add in the bag of lettuce, minus the bag

Swish all that around in the pan mixing everything together.

Add in a dash of cheese, and swish that around

I put the crutons in there too for some reason.. it didn't really turn out that good. I suggest putting those in later.

Once everything seems pretty tasty, and everything is frying up rather well, dump on some alfredo sauce. NOT TOO MUCH THOUGH.. in that picture i put WAAAYYYY too much in. Try using half that much.

Swish all that around, making sure that everything is equally covered and delicious

This is also a good time to add in more cheese if you so desire.. i know i do!

Next comes the delicious spaghetti sauce. Once again, i put on a little too much. These sauces should really accent the noodles, not overpower them.

Anywho... swish all that around, same as the previous step/picture

alright.. now this is looking pretty good ^_^. You're just about done. Put some parmesan cheese on top of that and swish all that around.

Whoo hoo... food! Only took 20 minutes... time to put that in a bowl and consume.
