Pizzazz Quesadilla

Equipment: Spatula, Pizzazz baker thing

Ingredients: a pack of tortillas (in my opinion, smaller tortillas work better), a pack of cheese, and possibly some meat/chicken, and possibly some hot sauce.

1. Turn on your Pizzazz, set to dual, and put a tortilla in the center. Wait a little while for it to brown and then flip it over.

2. Put some cheese on the tortilla, and spread evenly. Apply meat/chicken or sauce if you have any. Wait a little while for it to all melt together.

3. Put another tortilla on top of the cheese. Wait a little bit for the tortilla to warm up and brown slightly, then flip.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you run out of cheese and other toppings, or until you run out of tortillas. Or, until you are satisfied with the amount of food you've made already. Usually one whole pack of tortillas is a good stopping point.

5. Once you are satisfied with what you have, flip the Pizzazz to only the upper heat, and then brown until satisfied, flip, and brown again.

Viola.. a delicious thing that takes about 10 minutes to make and is quite tasty for those who don't completely care about their diet. Though, I'm sure there are low carb substitutes for all the ingredients.

Also, I'm sure you could make some variations to the ingredients and make something else too, like a crispy taco, or baked burrito.
