In Shiroyone Town 白米町, along the north coast of the Noto Pennisula, there is a notable scenic view. One Thousand Rice Fields are terraced along the hillside leading down to the beach. In Spring, from an above view, the tiered fields look like windows, reflecting the sky above.
My friends and I made a quick stop here and a few other places along the north coast of Noto, as we traveled from the Blue Cave on the very tip of the pennisula to Wajima City back west.
