Further north of the Toga town area, and past Kitamamedani and the former Oshiba settlement, there is another small area of former farms known as the Sorei settlement. Sorei is very similar to the Oshiba settlement as it has always had few homes with few people living there.
Also, much like the Oshiba settlement, Mr. Murakage visited here in 2011, too. Although, his photos are vastly different than what is there today. Today, there are no tended farms, everything is completely overgrown with grass, and the only buildings are a small garage infested with hornets, and a somewhat new building holding the remains of the shrine.
There is also a prominent rail car near the entrance from Route 471.
